Yes. I am an Australian-based sole trader operating under an ABN. This ensures you’re working with someone who understands Australian business practices, time zones, and compliance requirements.

Are you an employee or contractor?

I operate as an independent contractor (sole trader), not an employee.

That means:

• I invoice you for agreed services

• I manage my own tax and superannuation

• I provide my own equipment and software

• You are not responsible for leave entitlements

It’s important that contractor arrangements comply with guidance from the Fair Work Ombudsman. I structure my services to meet genuine contractor requirements.

For retainer clients, I provide summaries so you can see exactly how your hours are used.
