Yes. I am an Australian-based sole trader operating under an ABN. This ensures you’re working with someone who understands Australian business practices, time zones, and compliance requirements.
Are you an employee or contractor?
I operate as an independent contractor (sole trader), not an employee.
That means:

How do you track your time?
For retainer clients, I provide summaries so you can see exactly how your hours are used.

What happens if I no longer need support?
Because I operate as a contractor, arrangements are far more flexible than employment.
Notice periods (if any) will be outlined in our service agreement. There are no redundancy obligations or employment termination complexities.
